By feeling guilty, we are priming ourselves to take more pleasure in treating ourselves to what is known as dessert therapy. While some guilty pleasures are harder to stomach than others, we cannot but have our daily dose of sweetness.

Serving up a wide variety of sweets, from chocolate cookies and sour gummies to buttery pastries with savory fillings, we cannot but think that even the healthiest of us have their guilty pleasures… So tell us what is yours?

    Uhmm, oh, yes, we can. The less sweets one eats, the less one feels the urge to eat them. Fact.

    By replacing (chemical) junkfood with healthy alternatives, you no longer have the need for them. So, one can have healthy pleasures that cause fun and positive feelings.

    Some people say that if you have a craving for sweets you’re missing other things in your dieet.
