This dessert is by far the most universal one! Never heard of someone who doesn’t like cookies, and now Michele from CUISINE D’AMOUR (Check her Instagram account by clicking here) will guide us through the process of mastering those amazing chocochip ones!
- 2 and 1/4 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 2 softened butter sticks
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup of light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt.
In a large bowl, mix butter, white and brown sugar, vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, mix well. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Then fold in the chocolate chips. (It is better if you can refrigerate for a couple of hours before baking).
Make equal amounts of balls with the mixture, you can also stuff them with a frozen teaspoon of Nutella.
Bake in a 190° preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until borders are golden and let cool. Best served warm with a cup of cold milk!
