Candies and brownies combined? This must be heaven!
Michele from CUISINE D’AMOUR (Check her Instagram account by clicking here) decided to share this amazing recipe with all the chocolate lovers around so let’s start baking already!
- 3/4 cup butter
- 500 g of semi-sweet chocolate (Chopped)
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of flour
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups of brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate.
Combine eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
Whish for 4 to 5 minutes approximately or until mixture becomes pale and thick.
Fold in the cooled chocolate, then the flour without over-mixing.
Pour the batter into a medium sized pan covered with parchment paper.
Add the candies of your choice (I used Kitkat,Reese’s, M&M’s and it was delicious).
Bake for about 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
